We take care in making each Noodle & Snoot garment to order. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
If your garment develops a manufacturing fault, please contact us as soon as the issue becomes apparent.
Please include:
- Your proof of purchase
- A clear description of the issue
We will assess the fault in accordance with Australian Consumer Law and guide you through the next steps. If a fault is confirmed, we will provide instructions for returning the item.
Please ensure the item is packaged securely to prevent damage in transit.
Refund Options
If a manufacturing fault is confirmed, you may choose:
- A full refund to your original payment method
- Store credit to the value of the faulty item
Return shipping costs for confirmed faulty items will be covered by us.
Change of Mind & Incorrect Fit
As each garment is individually made to order, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size selection
- Items that have been worn, washed, or show general wear
We strongly recommend reviewing our Fit Guide carefully before placing your order. If you are unsure about sizing, please contact us prior to purchase — we are always happy to help.
Damage resulting from misuse, alteration, or failure to follow our care guidelines will not be considered a manufacturing fault.
Processing Time
We aim to process approved returns within 14 business days of receiving the item.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
